This new Stand up & Zipper Pouch making machine is equipped with Multi servo system.

The machine is can handle 4 different film, all independently in register with the photo cell as it is equipped with different servo. They can be synchronized together to make 2 Stand up with zipper pouches together. You can also make a Stand up or Zipper pouch from 1 single sheet of 1400mm width or you can use different film for top and bottom and different for the Bottom Gusset. Models – HSP-V2X-1100 Delta

This is a High speed Automatic machine for making T-shirt bags (Carrier bags / Supermarket Bags). A Servo Driven machine which incorporates the latest technology and converts a Jumbo Plastic tubular roll of HDPE material of 1000mm into 2 small tubes by Hot Slitting and sealing,  After Slitting the Jumbo roll into 2 tubes, it Re-Blows the tubular roll and make the Side Gusseting on the Universal Gusseting system online the Machine. Thereafter, the Cutting and Sealing takes place and a bunch of 50 bags is made.

The machine is equipped to run at a Max speed of 220 strokes/min x 2 Bags there by giving a high production of 440 Bags/min. It is also equipped with Automatic Multiple Online  Punching Section which punches out the Handle and removes the scrap seperately. We get the ready punched and stacked bags on the Auto conveying system ready to be packed.
